  • 500 g strawberries
  • 4 thick slices of puff pastry brioche
  • 80 g strawberry jam
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 10 g chopped pistachios
  • 170 g butter
  • 200 g vanilla ice cream

  • In the pan, melt 60 g of butter at high temperature.
  • Pour in the strawberries and then the jam, cook for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and add the chopped mint.
  • Toast the slices of brioche.
  • Layer on top of the brioche the strawberries (slightly drained).
  • Add a scoop of ice cream, drizzle the plate with the remaining strawberry sauce.
  • Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
